Top 3 Tuesday: Neck Pain in Cycling

Share this video with someone you know with neck pain or tight shoulders! Today we talk about #neckpain in #cycling, and we give you a good way to prevent it, or at least decrease the chances you feel it. The head is pretty heavy, so it’s good to coordinate all the #muscles you can use to hold it up, so you’re not relying on just the tiny neck muscles by themselves. These are our three (two this week, but they’re enough) favorite exercises to avoid or manage neck pain. Thanks to Ben Ramos @flowforcerehab and many others for this one! This is a great way to avoid #headaches and #upperback pain as well.
