We're running with a new theme here on Top3Tuesday, and this month it's all about cycling. This week we cover a three movement warm up that you can do before your bike rides, to "grease the grooves," so to speak. This increases mobility in your hip and shoulder joints, and encourages stability (or anti-movement) through your trunk. This means efficient power transfer and effective joint preservation, over many miles. Stay tuned next week for three strength-building exercises for cross-training.
