We're talking about back pain with spinal rotation on Top3Tuesday. This is your Minneapolis chiropractic and functional rehabilitation tidbit for the week. It's important to be able to rotate through the whole spine evenly, so not too much in the low back, and enough through the mid-back. This week we talk about how we assess this rotation, and our favorite movements to strengthen it.
